Gud Scalp and Hair Serum Light

I received my order just in time for wash day. When I tell you I was so excited to use this and it did not disappoint. I left it on my scalp overnight and when I washed my hair, my scalp felt the cleanest that I had ever had it in between protective styles. And I usually have to double cleanse in order to get my scalp and hair to feel this clean. I will for sure continue to purchase and continue to support. Thanks for making such a wonderful product.

I purchased both the body and hair serums. I was initially intrigued by the obvious passion and apparent attention to detail in the product development. I also can appreciate particularly getting a little older that the product is good for all ages and many hair types. The body product is very absorbent and nourishing and non greasy and didn’t come off on my sheets at night. It also is used with a dropper, so you have to do a couple of droppers for full body coverage. I have a dry scalp, so the hair serum is good for maintaining a healthy scalp and my hair does seem stronger. Happy to have a product I can trust!!

Using the all over serum for my face and it feels so amazing and has my skin with a very natural looking glow. I’m currently using the light serum on my scalp since my hair is braided and my husband is also using it on his beard. We’re loving it!!!

Hey my name is Justin, the cofounder of Trusse Beauty. Over the past few years I've been experiencing hair thinning near my temples and crown of my head. It wasn't alarming as I figured it was due to aging (I'm in my early thirties) and I kind of hoped/ wished it slowed down long enough for me to not go bald. This may be a little dramatic but it is what it is. Nevertheless, we formulated a product that was meant to aid the hair thinning I was experiencing as well as the post-partum hair loss Christian was experiencing. Since using the Gud Hair & Scalp Serum I have noticed when cutting my hair, my crown is fuller and my hairline has held strong, allowing me to not have to rely on paint or coloring to fill in any spots. I'll first start by saying I am the owner of Trusse Beauty but I still wanted to leave my review here because I have personally experienced the benefits of this serum for my hair. I was battling a big bout of shedding a month ago due to what I think was post-partum and stress. I was having TONS of hair shedding daily.

Hair all over the floor, in my comb and in my shower. I buckled down with the Gud Scalp and Hair Serum for a DEEP pre-shampoo treatment to nourish my hair and get things back on track. I coated my hair and scalp in the serum and let it sit for a few hours before shampooing.

I immediately noticed that my hair softer after washing, had more luster and seemed easier to work with while blowdrying.

I repeated this same process on my next wash day and I also used the serum every other day on my scalp. It's been a month or so now and my shedding has come to an end. My hair is back on track and now I'm focusing on thickening my hair to regain what was loss from the shedding.

This serum has been a game changer for me personally and I really hope it is the same for anyone else who purchases and begins their journey to healthier hair.

I’ve been consistent with the hair serum for 2 months and just ordered my 2nd bottle. Yes, it takes time to work and if you are consistent even using it once a week, you will see the difference. I’ve been struggling with growing back my edges for about 5 years now and I’ve been using different oils on andoff but this time around I’ve been consistent and when I noticed the bigdifference's was when I applied the oil overnight for a deep treatment and washed my hair the following morning immediately noticed the reduce amount of hair loss. That worked best for me, however I do light oil massages twice a week and I have notice less hair shedding and my edges have baby hair!!! It’s filling in and I’m very happy with my small results. Nothing works overnight but with time, patience and consistency you will accomplish your goals. By the way, this oil is lightweight, not greasy and absorbs very quickly which is why I purchased my 2nd bottle. A little bit goes along way and the smell is good, feels refreshing.
